My name is Ruksana.
I’m a product designer with capabilities in digital design, user centric design & coding.
The following projects have common themes such as user centric design, technology, research, future oriented design, innovation, interaction design, healthcare, education and more.
I am a highly self-driven designer with a diverse background; driven by an intrinsic passion to create disruptive products and services that provoke positive emotion and possibilities for people.
Recently completed an MEng in Design Engineering at Imperial College London and received a first class, alongside being awarded the Governors' Prize (highest achieving student in final year), the Design Engineering Selected Innovation Reward and Dean's List (top 10% of cohort).
Design engineering is a highly creative course that fuses design thinking with engineering knowledge and practice. My background allows me to effectively problem solve, adapt and work on projects with great ambiguity. Additionally, my awareness of user-centric design methods allows me to find creative digital or physical solutions that meet users' needs and create business value.
In my spare time, I find opportunities to grow my skills and experiences such as attending talks, competitions and hackathons. I also enjoy sketching, travelling and painting.
